___We must be very careful about avoiding dangerous situations. The
storybook character Red Riding Hood found out it can be very
dangerous to talk to strangers! She should have especially known it was
dangerous to talk to a wolf!
___Unfortunately, in real life, most bad people don’t look like bad people. Nobody walks around with a sign on their chest that says, "CAUTION: I am a bad person. Keep your distance!"
___Instead, bad people often act very nice. Sometimes they even act like they need your help. They do these things to get you, as their intended victim, to trust them or to feel sorry for them.
___Keep these things in mind and be careful around everybody you don’t know, even if they look and act very nice.
[Note: Remember, never help an adult stranger that asks for your help, because some bad adults pretend to need help so they can hurt others. If you see a stranger who needs help, leave quickly, then call "911" or find an adult to help them!]
Prov 2:11 Discretion will protect you, and understanding will guard you.
